Upload Songs

When uploading a song to your page, we accept WAV, MP4, and MP3 audio files with a maximum file size of 100 MB. For the best audio quality, we recommend using files encoded at 320 kbps. To help ensure a smooth upload process, please avoid using punctuation marks or special/foreign characters in the file name before the file extension.

If you would like to make a different song live or upload a new song while using a free account, you must first hide your current live song.

To hide a song, log in and click the Menu tab ☰. Under Artist Content, select Songs.

On the Songs page, locate your live song and click the blue Manage button. Then select Hide. Once the song has been hidden, you can upload a new song or make another hidden song live by clicking the blue Upload Songs button.

If you have an active monthly package on your account, you can upload multiple songs to your page based on the number allowed by your plan. (See Buying Credits – Monthly Packages for more information.)

To upload an additional song, log in to your account and click the Menu tab ☰. Under Artist Content, select Songs.

On the Songs page, click the blue Upload Songs button. Then select your audio file, enter the song title, and click Upload to add the song to your page.

Having trouble uploading? No problem! You can email your song file along with the song title to support@radioairplay.com, and one of our support representatives will be happy to assist you with uploading the file to your account.
