What audio file types are accepted? How do I get my CD into accepted formats?

When you first create an account, you will be prompted to enter your band or artist information, followed by an Upload Your Media step. At this stage, you’ll need to upload at least one song and one photo from your computer.

Please note that your music is promoted on Jango.com and the Jango Radio app, where files must meet specific format requirements to ensure proper streaming and encoding.

Accepted audio file types include:
MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV, WMA, FLAC, and AIFF

All files must be no larger than 100 MB. For best audio quality on the Jango Radio player, we recommend using .m4a files with a 320 kbps bitrate.

Remember you can always try contacting the studio, producer, etc. where your music was originally recorded. They may have your original digital audio files stored there, which they'll be able to send you via e-mail so you can use them for your Radioairplay.com account.
