How Do I Cancel My Monthly Package?
When you purchase a play credits package, this becomes an automatic monthly renewal with some great benefits if you choose to remain on it, but you can of course cancel this auto-renewal at any time, even just after an initial purchase:

Go to your Play Credits menu, Manage Package page (Note: if the MANAGE PACKAGE page does not appear from the drop down menu then the package has already been canceled):

From there, you will see a cancel option underneath the package grid select where it says "Click Here" to cancel:

After clicking to cancel, you will see a message letting you know that you will loose premium account benefits, and your account will revert to only receiving features that a "free account" includes. To continue with the cancelation, click on the "Cancel Package" button:

After that you will see another Pop Up where you will see the details of what you will no longer be eligible for after canceling the package. Click YES to continue:
